By using The Algebra Success Academy website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site and all content, services, and products available at or through the Site. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not use the Site.

Use of Site Content:

All content and materials provided on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Math Academy courses or its licensors. You may not use any content on the Site for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of Algebra Success Academy.

Use of Site Services:

The Site provides a range of services related to Algebra Success Academy, including the provision of online courses and resources. You may use the Site’s services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

User Accounts:

To access certain features of the site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Academy Enrollment and Payment:

Algebra Success Academy offers online courses for students to enroll.

  1. Program Access: Upon purchase, you will receive access to either the Self-Paced or 1:1 Coaching program as described at the time of purchase. Lifetime access applies to video materials unless otherwise stated.
  2. Payment Terms: All payments are due as outlined during checkout. Installment plans are auto-billed every 14 days until paid in full. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges through your selected payment method.
  3. Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and learning materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued. However, in cases of documented medical or family emergencies, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
  4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions (1:1 Coaching): 1:1 sessions must be scheduled in advance. A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
  5. Intellectual Property: All videos, guided notes, and materials are the intellectual property of Algebra Success Academy and may not be shared, distributed, or resold without written consent.

User Conduct:

You agree to use the website and program materials for lawful, personal educational purposes only. You will not post or transmit any material that infringes upon the rights of others, nor interfere with the operation or security of the site.

Disclaimers:

All services, products, and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or improvements in grades or test scores. Results may vary depending on individual student engagement, prior knowledge, and other external factors.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms of Use or applicable law, including but not limited to:

  • Posting or transmitting any material that infringes or violates the rights of others;
  • Using the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Interfering with the security of the Site or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its services.

Limitation of Liability:

Algebra Success Academy and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Site or its services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible property.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Algebra Success Academy, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in San Joaquin County, California, USA, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms of Use:

Algebra Success Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended Terms of Use on the Site.
